Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Surcharges apply outside the contiguous 48 states and are shown at checkout. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are dispatched within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

During new-product launches, sales, and the holiday period, processing may take an extra one to two business days. We will tell you if your order is affected.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Free standard shipping on all orders over $199. Orders under $199 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date, and exclude weekends and holidays. They are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees.

Oversized and freight items

Cockpits, complete rigs, and bucket seats ship by freight carrier because of their weight and dimensions. Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver is not obliged to carry the shipment indoors or upstairs. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window, so please provide a phone number you answer. Someone over 18 must be present to sign.

Tracking

Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch. If your tracking has not updated for more than three business days, email support@simracings.online with your order number and we will open a carrier trace.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an address you entered incorrectly. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the product cost less the outbound and return shipping charges. Address changes can only be made before dispatch.

Delays, loss, and damage

Once a carrier takes possession, delivery is in their hands. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier backlogs, customs, strikes, or other events outside our control.

If a parcel is marked delivered but you do not have it, check with neighbours and your building office, then contact us within seven days so we can file a claim. Report visible transit damage within 72 hours of delivery, with photographs — see our Refund Policy.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
