Ordering & Shipping
How long until my order ships? Orders placed before 2:00pm CT on a business day are dispatched within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our facility in Elgin, Illinois.
How much is shipping? Free standard shipping on all orders over $199. Orders under $199 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address.
How long does delivery take? Standard is 3–7 business days. Expedited is 2–3 business days. Cockpits, rigs, and seats ship by freight and take 5–12 business days. All estimates run from the dispatch date, not the order date, and exclude weekends and holidays. They’re carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Products & Compatibility
Will this work with my sim? Every wheel base, pedal set, and controller we sell connects over USB and is recognised natively on PC by iRacing, Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, Automobilista 2, rFactor 2, and Le Mans Ultimate. Console support varies by base — check the individual product page, or email us your platform before ordering.
What’s the difference between the DD12 and the DD21? Torque and headroom. The DD12 Pro Base delivers 12 Nm, which is more than enough for the overwhelming majority of drivers and forgiving on a desk. The DD21 Elite Base delivers 21 Nm and a 23-bit encoder — it resolves finer detail, but it needs a rigid mount. On a flexing desk you’ll feel the desk, not the car.
Do I need a cockpit, or will a desk work? A solid desk with a clamp is fine up to around 8–12 Nm. Above that, the forces will move a desk and you lose exactly the feedback fidelity you paid for. If you’re buying the DD21, budget for the Apex Cockpit or an equivalent aluminium-profile rig.
Payments & Financing
What payment methods do you accept? Major credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. We also offer instalment financing through Affirm and Klarna at checkout.
How does Affirm or Klarna financing work? Choose it at checkout and you’ll go through the provider’s approval flow. The instalment plan is an agreement between you and them — they set the rate, run the approval, and manage the payments. We’re not a lender and we play no part in the approval decision.
Is financing available on every product? Financing is offered at checkout subject to the provider’s own minimums and approval. A $149 shifter and a $2,299 bundle may not qualify for the same terms. The provider shows you your options before you commit.
