We want the rig to be right. If it isn’t, here is exactly how returns work.
Return window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, complete with all cables, mounting hardware, adapters, and accessories, and in its original packaging. We recommend keeping the box for at least 30 days.
Items showing signs of installation wear, cosmetic damage, or modification may be refused or subject to a partial refund reflecting the loss in value.
How to start a return
Email support@simracings.online with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions within two business days. Do not ship anything back without an RMA number — unauthorised returns cannot be processed or refunded.
Return shipping costs
If the return is because the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong product, we cover return shipping and issue a prepaid label.
If you are returning for any other reason — you changed your mind, ordered the wrong model, or found it did not suit your setup — you are responsible for return shipping. For cockpits, rigs, and other oversized items shipped by freight, return freight is charged at actual cost, which can be substantial. We strongly recommend confirming dimensions and compatibility before ordering.
We do not charge a restocking fee on unopened items.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
If you paid using Affirm or Klarna, your refund is returned to that provider, who will adjust your instalment plan. Interest already accrued and paid to the financing provider is generally not refundable by us; contact them directly.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Inspect your order on arrival. If a package looks crushed, punctured, or opened, note it with the carrier before signing. Report damage or a wrong item to us within 72 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Warranty claims
Faults appearing after the 30-day return window are handled under our two-year limited warranty. These are repaired or replaced rather than refunded, at our discretion. See our Terms of Service for what the warranty covers.
Non-returnable items
Clearance and final-sale items, gift cards, and any product returned without an RMA number cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
