These Terms govern your use of simracings.online and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Sim Racing (“Sim Racings,” “we,” “us”). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout.
Products, pricing, and availability
We work to describe our products and specifications accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, torque figures, or other content are error-free. Product images are representative; finishes and hardware may vary slightly.
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices, discontinue products, or limit order quantities without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even after your order is confirmed.
Orders and cancellation
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel any order — for example, where we suspect fraud, cannot verify the billing address, or the item is out of stock.
You may cancel at no cost before dispatch. Contact support@simracings.online immediately; once a tracking number is issued, our Refund Policy applies.
Payment and financing
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We also offer instalment financing through Affirm and Klarna. Financing is a separate agreement between you and that provider, subject to their approval, terms, and interest rates. We are not a lender and play no part in their approval decision.
Shipping, title, and risk
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier takes possession. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Warranty
Our equipment carries a two-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. It does not cover normal wear, cosmetic marks, misuse, modification, disassembly, commercial or arcade use, or improper installation. Our sole obligation is, at our option, to repair, replace, or refund the item.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or lost profits.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
All site content — text, layout, logos, and product photography — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reused without written permission. You agree not to scrape the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access.
Governing law and changes
